Ihre Aufgaben
- Record daily accounting transactions in SAP, including supplier invoices, bank statements, and other accounting documents.
- Process accounting entries related to leasing contracts.
- Issue customer invoices and record transactions related to factoring activities.
- Perform monthly intercompany account reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare and post month-end journal entries, including accruals, provisions, and other closing adjustments.
- Support the department manager during the monthly closing process and other finance-related activities.
- Assist with external audit processes, by providing financial information and responding to audit inquiries.
- Monitor compliance with accounting and tax regulations relevant to the role.
Ihr Profil
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- German language skills are considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
